+

How do I get started?

Sign up → Complete KYB/KYC → Deposit balance → Choose product access (bills/top-ups) → Start transacting from the dashboard or integrate the API. A sandbox is available for testing before going live.

+

Which bills and products are supported?

PLN (postpaid & token), PDAM, BPJS Kesehatan, internet/TV (Indihome, First Media, etc.), multifinance installments, pulsa & data (all major operators), e-wallet top-ups (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay), and popular game vouchers.

+

What are the settlement options?

Default settlement is H+1 business day. For eligible partners with volume and risk review, we provide H+0 cutoffs. Settlement reports are downloadable from the dashboard.

+

How are fees and commissions structured?

We use flexible fee templates per product (fixed fee or percentage). For agent networks, you can set multi-tier margins/commissions per outlet. Contact us to get a tailored price sheet.

+

What uptime and SLA do you provide?

Our target service uptime is 99%+ monthly with proactive monitoring and automatic retries to reduce failures from upstream billers. Incident notices and postmortems are shared for major events.

+

How do I integrate the API?

Generate API keys in the dashboard, use our REST endpoints, and register a webhook URL to receive transaction status updates (success, pending, failed/reversed). SDK examples and Postman collections are provided.

+

How are reversals and refunds handled?

If a transaction fails after debit, our system automatically performs reversal when supported by the biller. Otherwise, the balance is returned to your float and reflected in reconciliation reports.

+

Do you provide reconciliation and reports?

Yes. Download daily statements, settlement summaries, and dispute logs in CSV/XLS. You can also pull data via reporting API for automated back-office processes.

+

What security & compliance measures are in place?

We apply TLS encryption, IP whitelisting, signed webhooks, audit logs, and role-based access. We follow Indonesian regulations and integrate with regulated billers/acquirers.

+

What KYB/KYC documents are required?

For businesses: legal entity docs (Akta, NIB, NPWP), authorized signatory ID, and bank account. For agents/individuals: government ID, selfie/verification, and bank account. Additional docs may be requested per product.

How do I get support and escalate incidents?

Submit tickets via the dashboard or email. For priority issues, use the on-call hotline available to enterprise plans. We publish incident updates and ETAs during service disruptions.
